The Reference Sub, a perfect match for the rest of the Reference Series speakers, delivers unparalleled bass dynamics through its front-firing design and integrated downfire passive cone. Precision-tuned and compatible with both stereo and home theater systems, it boasts high power output and innovative Canton technologies for precise, powerful low-frequency reproduction. With two finishes to choose from, it seamlessly integrates with any of the other Reference speaker models.
Movies and Music
A perfect compliment for both stereo and home theater systems, the Reference Sub employs a powerful 308 mm BCT chassis and a sizable passive cone for perfect low-frequency reproduction. Driven by a potent 750-watt digital power amplifier and equipped with integrated DSPs and Room Compensation technology, it ensures precise performance down to 18 Hertz, adaptable to various room acoustics. Ideal for immersive movie experiences or stereo listening.
Acoustically Optimized
Combining a front-firing subwoofer with a downfire passive radiator, the Reference Sub is designed to provide sonic precision across volume levels. Its 308 mm drivers feature triple folded wave surrounds, enabling greater excursion and reduced sound distortion. With high- or low-level inputs, it offers adjustable volume, crossover frequency, and phase through the active module. The 37 kg subwoofer also includes an automatic on/off switch.
