Flagship Audiolab Amplification with Reference Digital and Analog Connectivity

The Audiolab 9000A Integrated Amplifier is the centerpiece of Audiolab's flagship 9000 Series, combining high-current Class AB amplification with sophisticated digital conversion and extensive analog connectivity. Its discrete output stage delivers 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 160 watts per channel into 4 ohms, while a custom 320VA toroidal transformer and 60,000µF of total reservoir capacitance provide the current reserve and dynamic stability needed to control demanding loudspeakers.

The 9000A also functions as a complete source hub, with an ESS Sabre ES9038PRO DAC, USB-B computer input, dual coaxial and dual optical digital inputs, Bluetooth 5.1, three RCA line inputs, a balanced XLR input, dedicated MM phono stage and power-amplifier input. A 4.3-inch full-color IPS display, dedicated current-feedback headphone amplifier and selectable Integrated, Pre-Power and Pre modes make it equally suited to streamlined stereo systems and more elaborate separates-based installations.

Technology & Design

Complementary Feedback Class AB Topology — Audiolab's CFB architecture is designed for excellent linearity and thermal stability, keeping idle current largely independent of output-transistor temperature.

320VA Toroidal Power Supply — A custom-specified toroidal transformer feeds four 15,000µF reservoir capacitors for 60,000µF of total stored energy, helping the amplifier maintain control through dynamic musical peaks.

ESS Sabre32 ES9038PRO Conversion — The flagship ESS DAC uses HyperStream II architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator technology, with Audiolab-developed surrounding circuitry optimized for low noise and high dynamic range.

4.3-Inch Full-Color IPS Display — The 800 × 480-pixel screen displays source information, playback data, menus and selectable VU meters while also offering a display-off mode for more discreet listening.
