{"product_id":"aqua-acoustics-la-scala-mkii-hybrid-dac","title":"Aqua Acoustics La Scala MKII Hybrid DAC","description":"The Aqua Acoustics La Scala MKII Optologic DAC features a discrete FPGA-based R2R ladder converter, 1x zero-oversampling Direct From Decoder architecture, and resolution support up to 24-bit\/384kHz PCM and DSD128 via asynchronous USB and AQlink I2S. Serving as a refined hub for digital front-ends, it transforms data into lush, articulate sound. To achieve extraordinary signal purity, this converter utilizes a valve-MOSFET direct-coupled Class-A output stage with ECC81 triodes operating without negative feedback, alongside optocoupler galvanic isolation between the FPGA logic and resistor network.\n\nIndustry critics from Darko.Audio, Audiophilia, and Hi-Fi-Advice praise this converter for delivering electrostatic clarity, an expansive soundstage, and exceptionally organic timbre. Reviewers emphasize that its filterless ladder topology produces an ultra-quiet background devoid of artificial digital glare while preserving dynamic speed and bass authority. Audio publications celebrate its seamless blending of tube liquidity and solid-state precision, highlighting its ability to render digital recordings with tactile realism.\n\nIntegrating this unit into your system elevates digital playback into an emotionally engaging, analog-like listening experience. By eliminating filtering artifacts and nourishing signals through Class-A tube topology, it unearths every subtle texture in your collection. It provides serious listeners with a timeless foundation of Italian engineering and breathtaking sonic realism.","brand":"Aqua Acoustics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":67771163443481,"sku":"100656","price":3799.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0844\/4225\/1545\/files\/100656-5.jpg?v=1791842138","url":"https:\/\/tmraudio.com\/products\/aqua-acoustics-la-scala-mkii-hybrid-dac","provider":"The Music Room","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
