Labor Day 2026: 5X points and free ground shipping
Runs on orders placed through Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 11:59 pm Mountain time.
- Purchases earn 5 points for every $1 spent instead of 1. At 250 points to $5.00, that works out to 10% back in TMR Rewards. Points are earned on the merchandise total; shipping and tax do not earn points.
- It applies to everything sold on tmraudio.com and to your whole order, with no product exclusions.
- Ground shipping is free on orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Freight shipments receive $200 off freight charges.
- Points post to your account at the time of the order.
- All other program terms apply, including the returns rules below. Points earned during the event are removed if the order is refunded.
After September 10, purchases return to the standard rate of 1 point per $1.
TMR Rewards program terms
These are the rules for TMR Rewards, our loyalty program. They are written to be read, not to be waded through. If anything here is unclear, call us at 888-326-7490 and a real person will answer.
Membership
If you have a tmraudio.com account, you are a member. There is nothing else to sign up for. Points are tracked by the email address on your account, so use the same email every time you order and they will land in the right place.
You do not need to be signed in for an order to earn points, as long as the order email matches your account email.
Earning points
Purchases at tmraudio.com earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Shipping charges and tax do not count toward your points total.
Other ways to earn:
- Creating an account: 250 points
- Trading with TMR: 1 point for every $1 of trade credit
- Consigning with TMR: 1 point for every $3 paid to you
- Selling to TMR: 1 point for every $5 paid to you
- Your birthday: 2,000 points for Bronze members, 3,000 for Silver, 4,000 for Gold. A birthday added within 30 days of the date may be credited up to 30 days late.
- Referrals: give a friend $25 off their first order of $250 or more, and receive $25 in points when they complete it.
- Product reviews earn points only when you leave the review through the review request email we send after a purchase. Reviews left directly on the site do not earn points.
Using points
250 points equals $5.00. Points are not spent directly. When you are ready to use them, redeem your points for a coupon in one of the set amounts shown on the rewards page, from $25 up to $1,200. You can do that right at checkout or from your account, and the coupon is what you apply to your order.
Points do not expire.
Returns and refunds
If an order is fully refunded, the points it earned are removed from your account, and any points you redeemed on it are returned to you.
If an order is partly refunded, the points earned on the refunded amount are removed. Points redeemed on the order are not returned, since the coupon applied to the whole order.
Tiers
Every member starts at Bronze. You reach Silver by earning 5,000 points within a 12-month period, and Gold by earning 15,000. Your tier is based on points earned, not points held, and it is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis from the date you reached it. Tier benefits are listed on the rewards page.
The fine print, briefly
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We may change the program, including earning rates and redemption amounts, or end it. Any change will be posted on this page, and points already in your account keep their value at the time of the change. Where a promotion sets different terms for a limited time, those terms are posted at the top of this page and apply only for the stated period.
