1. Accessing Your Account & Rewards
How do I log in to the new site?
We’ve moved to a high-security, password-less login system. You no longer need to remember (or reset) a complicated password.

The Process: Simply enter your email address at login.

The Key: You’ll receive an instant 6-digit authentication code in your inbox. Enter that code, and you’re in. It’s faster, more secure, and works on any device.
What happened to my TMR Rewards and Points?
Your loyalty status, points, and account history have already been safely migrated. Because your rewards are tied to your email address, they will be waiting for you the moment you log in with your authentication code.
2. The New Checkout (Shop Integration)
What is "Shop" and why am I seeing it?
We have integrated with Shop to provide the fastest, most secure checkout in the industry.
If you already have a Shop account: The site will recognize you and prompt a quick 1-click checkout via an authentication code.
If you don’t have Shop: You’ll be invited to register for faster future checkouts, but it is entirely optional.
Can I still check out as a guest?
Yes. You always have the option to bypass Shop and check out as a guest.
I used to use Bolt. Is my Bolt info still there?
No. Bolt is unrelated to the new TMR system and Shop. Your previous Bolt credentials will not work here. However, because your TMR account is tied to your email, your actual TMR order history is still preserved within our new system.
3. Support & Feedback
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder for the 6-digit authentication code. If it hasn't arrived within two minutes, [Click Here to Contact Support] and we will help you get back into your account immediately.
