Cosmetic Description: 8/10 Excellent condition with no notable blemishes. There is some slight discoloration in the finish on the top of the cabinet. This is not a "blemish" per se but rather a manufacturing anomaly. It is not visible except under very close scrutiny and proper lighting and could not be photographed... only mentioning so as to avoid any surprises. Theere are some small marks on the bottom of the cabinet as well where the some rubber feet were previously mounted.

This includes securing to a pallet with adequate protection and shipping via FedEx Freight to a residential address anywhere in the Continental USA. This rate can be reduced by $60 if a commercial delivery address available or if item can be picked up at nearest FedEx Freight depot.
