Cosmetic Description: 8/10 Excellent condition with minimal visible cosmetic wear around the edges of the preamp and power supply modules. The left side on the top surface of the meter cover shows a small scratch as well. This item looks like new from just a few feet away. You'll have to examine very closely to find any signs of wear.

Other Notes: The LM 25-B line level preamp has arrived. Based on the legendary Western Electric 25-B design. Comprising of the 129-A line stage module and 18-A power supply. First produced in the late 1930’s for the broadcast industry. Amazing textures, with a vibrant full bodied sound.

o Shortest signal path - when one input is used, the rest of the inputs can be switched off (Bypassed) and thus other un-used inputs do not influence the sound.
o Features input transformer with 600Ω or direct 1kΩ (selectable input transfromer or direct without input transformer)
o Output Transformer Coupled with different gains of 0,6,10 db
o The output of 600Ω enables long runs of interconnects without signal loss
