Cosmetic Description: 8/10 Excellent condition with minimal visible cosmetic wear including light wear on the top edge of the front faceplate, and a couple of nicks on the top surface. The included rectifier tube's insertion key is broken off, and while this can't be seen when the tube is inserted and doesn't affect functionality, great care must be taken to correctly align the tube when inserting. This item has some very light wear but still presents like new from your listening position.

Other Notes: Single ended output. RCA analog input option included, as well as volume control. Volume knob was removed at the factory at the time of construction (and is included in packaging), and can be reinstalled by sending the unit to Lampizator's U.S. repair center. Volume is controlled via remote control, which is an Apple Remote that is programmed for the DAC.

This DAC has the option of running 300B output tubes and 101D output tubes. Both sets are included, with an extra 101D spare as well (a rare metal-base PSVane 101D). Switching between types requires flipping a switch located on the back panel.

SAFETY NOTE: The included 5U4G rectifier tube has a broken insertion key. This key forces correct alignment when inserting the tube into the socket. Because the key is missing, great care must be taken to properly align the tube according to the remaining bit of insertion key visible on the tube, and the corresponding opening on the tube socket. Failure to do so may damage the circuit and could be potentially dangerous.
