Blue Heaven USB 2.0 utilizes Nordost’s special Micro Mono-Filament technology to ensure high speed accuracy, and it sets a new benchmark for technical performance in USB audio transmission.

Digital audio is an ideal application for Micro Mono-Filament technology, because MMF offers the best dielectric characteristics possible for the high speed signal. It delivers low energy absorption and minimizes cable-induced timing errors in critical digital signals.

Inside the optimally dimensioned bundle of FEP tubes in the Blue Heaven USB 2.0 lies four silver-plated 99.9999% pure OFC conductors. They are suspended in mid-air inside each tube, with just a thin spiral of thread holding them in the center.

The result is that each conductor touches (almost) nothing but air. This means less energy absorption and greater accuracy at high speed than any other type of digital cable design.

Full metal jacket, in-molded connectors offer low impedance pathways to the signal, and gold-plated contacts keep the plugs corrosion and noise-free for years. Blue Heaven is double shielded, precision wound and terminated in the USA to ensure geometrical and sonic consistency.
