Other Notes: "The 28k is Aragon's premier remote control preamplifier. The circuit, from any input to output, is fully discrete Class A so that the source signal never passes through an integrated circuit or IC op amp. We then go beyond discrete Class A operation by matching all transistors so they operate as a singular transistor, thereby creating the simplest and purest signal path possible for a preamplifier. To maintain purity, there is only one switch contact from input to output. By eliminating output coupling capacitors the 28k yields a deep and controlled bass with absolutely no phase shift within the audible range. To protect this extraordinarily pure circuit from unwanted noise the internal power supply utilizes an encased toroidal transformer. Two outputs allow for bi-amping or, due to Aragon's advanced design and engineering, the additional output can be used to drive headphones directly from the 28k's discrete Class A circuit."
